I do not use a battery tender, I only fill my gas tank. Going on 3 years now and no problems.

 

Wow, it was awesome reading this thread...talk about a flash back to younger days!! I lived in Baldwin when I was a little girl, we then moved to Garden City, before my dad's took a job transfer to Virginia, where I've lived for almost all of my adult life. This thread brought back a lot of childhood memories Lived a short time up in Saranac Lake, NY after graduating, but when it started snowing in May, I decided to move back down south Beautiful place, just don't like it snowing when it's supposed to be Spring!!!!

I think it'd be awesome to take a trip to LI just to see how things look now that I am older. I went to Plaza Elementary School in Baldwin, lived on New York Ave and then went to Stewart Elementary in Garden City, lived on Locust St.

 

You meen to tell me you guys can store your bikes without the need to fire it up on a bi weekly basis? I for one have the need to hear it roar now and again to get me through the winter months!

maggie you are very lucky bikes and horses now u can not do that in baldwin. its a lot of fun here but no horses and very cold now.
