With the Dunlop tires that come on my bike, it kept me on my feet. After I changed to 880 metzler tires it don't bother me anymore.

Default RE: How do you handle uneven lanes??

I ran into this situation on the way to Rolling Thunder this year. I was in the HOV lane that had been ground down about 3" for resurfacing and I was there because traffic was F'd in the other lanes and I didn't want to be sitting still on my 07 (heat). Anyway, when I had to re-enter those lanes to get to the lanes heading to the GW Parkway, I swung wide and hit it at a 45 degree angle and everything was fine. One other note, when I got a little farther up the road I realized that if I would have waited,I could have made the lane change on a bridge overpass where the road hadn't been ground down due to the bridge deck.
