Ouch! Prayers sent. Broke 5 ribs in 8 places in a crash last year myself. It only hurts when you cough, talk, sneeze, hiccup, or breathe.

Terry, very sorry to hear the bad news. Whilst you're recovering don't look at any forum posts on helmets, 1%, clothes, boots, RUBS, etc., you don't want to injure your ribs further from too much laughter. Best steer clear of the showdown forum too - other stresses on the body should be avoided at this stage. Best wishes for a speedy recovery from the UK- get well soon mate!
