RE: How to pay for a new Harley
When i went in to buy mine i said how much cash out the door ..
They tried to convince me to finance the buggers but i said no way ..
I  \\;paid in full and got a better deal but no major savings to jump around about..
Still took four months to get it and there are barely any Dynas up here for sale..
Glad i ordered when i did or id be waiting till the fall still..

Go for it. \\; You might be starting a whole new trend. \\;
I also think there is a group (perhaps small) that are not that concerned about cost but much \\;prefer the ease, convenience and annonimity (celebrities) of putting the cursor on "buy" and doing the left click.

+1. What do I care if I pay a bit more than dealer? I paid $70 including shipping for a new shop manual. I'd have spent $10 in gas going to the dealer for it and my time is worth at least something. Click. Paypal click. Mailbox click. Check it off the to do list. Done deal.

[sm=happy046.gif]I don't know about this. \\; My son got original HD chrome lowers for his 07 Wide Glide for $75 off ebay. \\; Mine cost $105. \\;

RE: How to pay for a new Harley
I've was looking for a rider backrest for at least 6 months and finally gave up. The darn fools are paying as much or more than what I could buy a brand new one from Chicago HD! I figure if I'm within a few bucks of \\;a new one, then new one it is.

RE: How to pay for a new Harley
I know it's worse with HD items but I have noticed that it's getting harder to get good deals on ebay. Lately I research model numbers and prices before I bid. Better save at least 10% or I skip it. Don't get stuck in a bidding war.....
