I swear I saw those pictures in the post office.....

 

In the military, we don't have a choice but to wear a DOT approved helmet. This ACC I bought fits like a glove and doesn't move at all in the wind. I was lucky enough to love only 50 miles away from their business. They formed the helmet to fit my head perfectly. Customer service was tops. My helmet came with a quick release ... love it.

 

First post been lurking for a few months... Just wondering the longest wait for one of these helmets. Put my order in on 8/15 was told it would be 4 -6 weeks at 5 weeks called to check they told me about another week and a half. 7 weeks as of tomorrow called today was told another week and a half. That will put me at around 9 weeks..

 

Mine took 6 weeks almost to the day. I placed my order sometime in the last full week of July and it was shipped on Sept. 6th.

 

I've had a dot one from carbon fiberfor close to 2 years and like it a lot. No mushroom head. I got the quick release, after you get used to it it's a snap as well.

 

I've had the ACC Extended Half Helmet for almost a year now. I love the thing in all honesty. Someone asked about the sizing issue so I figured I would pipe in.

I measured my head at 22 3/4" which comes out to a Medium-Large on their chart. I ordered the Med-Lg and like others on the site I had to send it back for reshaping, but the size was perfect. I love this helmet more and more every day and I even live in Florida now and still wear it.

 

My hat size is 7 3/4 and every helmet I've ever had was at least a 2X, but my XL ACC fits fine.
