They have a big presence here in the Houston-Galveston area. They don't wear the 1% patch for nothing. Give them a wide berth, mind your own business and don't invite them over for lunch. You'll be ok.

as long as you aren't wearing colors, don't sweat it. i live in san antonio and frequent many of the same places that they hang out. they won't bother you, or your wife, unless you do something to provoke them. most of the time, they won't even acknowledge you.

Your neighbor needs to quit watching sons of anarchy, and you also need to look at the type... If he's running his mouth to you about them, odds are good that he ran his mouth to them. We all know that probably didn't go well... Just enjoy the ride and don't get into the politics of colors... And especially don't let a douche bag neighbor pull you into his problems... FWOFWA
