EGLIDEGOODIES is one of the best companies that I've ever done business with. After a 7 week wait for an item from them they overnighted it to me at no extra cost.

Wish I would have seen this thread two weeks ago!
After taking my money, and me even offereing to pay for the overnight shipping, the items still aren't here and NOW I'm told that basically I'm too stupid to use thier website, so what I THOUGHT I was ordering, that they don;t even have in after ten days, is not what I REALLY ordered.
Won't make that mistake again...

Hey ... "Profit" is not a four letter word ... and operating a business with a healthy profit margin is the epitome of capitalism .... Isn't that what our economy is ( partially ) based on? Buy smart, but don't fault the retailer for trying to keep his head above water ... you may need something that he has to offer one day in the future ... you never know !!

However, taking someone money and then not providing the goods or services paid for is not profit, it's theft. The fact that the email address provided didn't work and NO phone number to even be able to talk to a live person about the problem didn't give me a warm, fuzzy feeling, either.
Having grown a business from 250K to 45mil in 5 years, I know the difference between good customer service and over promising and under delivering and then flat out theft from a customer. I would never have tolerated it in my own business, and I expect the same from those I deal with.
