No riding this Thanksgiving, I guess!
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
A FAST MOVING WEATHER SYSTEM WILL SPREAD RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS
ACROSS THE AREA LATE TODAY INTO TONIGHT. SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS
WILL BE MAINLY CONFINED TO THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE BLUE
RIDGE...WHERE AN INCH OR TWO WILL BE POSSIBLE.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY
GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON AS MUCH
COLDER AIR BEGINS TO MOVE INTO THE AREA. SUSTAINED WINDS OF 20 TO
30 MPH ARE LIKELY...WITH SOME GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH POSSIBLE...MAINLY
ALONG THE HIGHER RIDGES.
Man...you would think that it was winter or sump'n! [

That sucks I will put an extra 10 miles on my bike for you it's going to be 73 degrees today and tomorrow. However there will be a chance for rain on Friday.

Don't worry about it. We've got about a foot of snow on the ground and it's about 20 degrees outside. I ain't ridin' either for awhile.

Sorry guys... As you may know, I ride the scoot to work every day. Today, I had to run some errands at lunch. Holy cow! Clear skys, no wind, 75 degrees. Needless to say, I took the scenic route. 70's forecast for the holiday.

That's alright, guys. Rub it in talking about your mild temps. I probably deserve it since I made friendly fun 
of some others who have had to store their bikes for a few months recently due to the arrival of winter weather where they live.
I'll be back in the saddle in a few days once this cold front moves east. It should at least be in the fifties by then!
Besides, our local toy run is scheduled for next Saturday. I'm certainly not going to miss that.

70-80 all week, clear skies, moderate wind...little cool in the mornings, but it warms up nicely. Absolutley gorgeous days.
Slight chance of mortars in the evening, followed by shrapnel showers, clearing up by midnight...
