Had drag bars on my old sportster and now have drag bars on my Night Train. I love the way they feel. I have long arms so it feels wrong when I ride a bike with out them. I don't do it for looks I do it for comfort..........................(not a poser either) To each his own..................

I think its a combination of comfort and looks for me. I have them on my 04' Fatboy.....not exactly "drag bars" where they are just straight accross.....they do have risers and are bent back a bit. I cant stand the Beach bars.......it feels like I am steering by remote control, and at anything over 80MPH they are useless.....same goes for apes....totally useless (for me that is). On my Deuce I still have the stock bars....I think Harley calls them mini beach bars, and they feel spot on, but I sure would like to at least try a set of drags on the Deuce!

Here is a pic of both bikes so you can see what I am talking about.

Sometimes it's hard to tell when youre talkin **** or just kidding around. A lot of people run drag bars. Why start a thread flaming them? If its a joke, ok. haha. Dont quit your day job.

When you go to these 'drag bars" do you pay to park or do you drive around the gate to get to the "rear"?
