Man, I thought "boots" was slang for a chick's body part...I'm out.

Harley calls these Riddick boots, they are made by Wolverine. I got them new after my deer collision in May.

In that accident I got a deep laceration above my ankle, which took 21 stitches to close. The boot was not penetrated but my leg was torn open. One doctor called it a crush injury. Anyway, I'm determined to have most protection I can.

Most times I wear these https://thorogoodusa.com/american-he...gton-804-3320/

My other boots I wear are some old Chippewa logger boots (these are old enough to be the Made in America, still with the little tag on them), similar to these https://www.midwestboots.com/product/CB73050.html . They're insulated though, so I use them mostly in early Winter to late Spring.

Or my super-insulated Chippewa's (also still Made in America) that allow me to ride in any cold temps I want...they don't even make them anymore. They're built so that one can even use them in snow-shoes!

All my boots are always steel-toed (except the super insulated Chippewa's). It's all I wear at all anymore except when I know I won't be doing anything anymore the rest of the evening and I put my house shoes on.
