HA!!

check this out
got rid of the shoulder strap

I still think the Harley metrosexual bag will make a great fishing pack when i don't need or want the weight of my fully stocked Filson pack

My battery is 6 years old, I planned to replace it this year "just because"
but since it's been fine and the season is half over, I figured to wait til next year

BUTT.....That and a qt of oil, that bag might be enough to get me off the fence to buy it now

as far as what someone might think, I'm with Jimmy Crack Corn .......I don't care

If you have a lot of hand guns, their large range bag is really nice. Mine holds 4 45's in the main compartment with about 50 loaded mags and has room for all your empty brass, repair stuff and a cleaning kit. I keep my Glock with a dozen mags in the side long pocket. Weighs about 40 lbs loaded and hasnt shown any signs of falling apart in 3 years.

And here I was thinking real men didn’t give a s**t what anyone else thinks, but alas some of the badass bikers ‘round here seem to be image driven.

For the record- I have NEVR purchased a motorcycle from Harley-Davidson nor have I purchased anything for $175.oo or more that would make me eligible to get one of those swish bags. I just go there for the free stuff.
I buy stuff at HD all the time because they give me veterans discount, since Surdyke cant ship outside of territory it's the next best thing.
I wish the HD website also gave the vet discount, that'd be nice.

👍
Especially by what other do, that have no bearing on them.

I dunno, maybe it's because they secretly lust after the bag, but aren't confident enough in themselves to go ahead and wear it. So seeing others braver than they are, they simply lash out jealously.

When I wear my purse over my skirt, I call it a Sporran! 😆

I need a new helmet. I like one that Harley is clearing out. It's enough to qualify for this bag. My ol' lady is ecstatic. She used a fanny pack on our trip to Myrtle last week. She loved it. Now she'll have a Harley fanny pack.

Let's face it - it is true. Many of us do care about our image. I might even say most of us here. Personally I own a dark green bike. Some out there are haters of the Kinetic Green but as time goes on, I get nothing but compliments. It is rare and different. However I would certainly not have a light green bike with 70's style in-your-face metallic paint. I just wouldn't. At the same time, I do not feel the need to have a black one either.

That said, I wear bright colored shirts for summer riding (usually solid green, orange or white) because I like to be seen. Unless I am wearing a jacket, then it doesn't matter. However as I mentioned before, I was apparently called out by my friends for wearing a multi-colored tie-dye dew rag. It was in June LOL I do think about image whether it be my bike accessories or what I wear. And yes, I like to keep it very clean too. That also reflects upon me
