That looks handy for carrying almost anything while on a bike. You could cinch it around your waist for a belly bag, carry it over your shoulder like a messenger bag, or cinch it around your sissy bar for on board luggage. That's something I might have used when I rode my bike (mountain or motor) to work and carried my lunch instead of bungee-ing it to the bike. The Harley logo identifies you as a top-tier badass, so there's no worry about anyone questioning your masculinity.
