There is really no such thing as any honest salesman. Their goal is to extract as much money from you as possible, and your goal is to acquire the product at the lowest cost. The relationship is inherently adversarial.

I had only purchase two new bikes from the dealer in the past. I dealt with the same sale person each time and the price OTD did not change at pick up. He also check to be sure my down payment was applied to the finally payment at pick up.

When I got hit and totaled my bike, they came and got it at the scene, the bike was a total and they took it on trade before I settled, visited me in the hospital,came to my home for the next bike deal and then delivered it
Recently, picked me up in minutes when I got a flat
Always fair on deals and trades (and I bought 16 bikes from them) - they take care of all clients like this
