I bet you a buck they offer to install them for you. Another buck that you won't have to touch the adjustment if you gave them accurate info to set them up. Best shocks I have ever owned.

I'm going there Tuesday morning for an install on my Triglide, sorry I'm gonna miss you by a few hours.

I have a garage about 15 miles from Pro Action. I wont be available until around 2pm, but if needed we can toss it on the jack and change them out

Right, how dare a customer who placed an order and paid for a product in advance expect to receive that product in a timely manner. When it comes to goods and services things are way too stacked in favor of the business. Once they have your money you go on the back burner and they'll get to you when they feel like it.

I originally ordered from a local shop. While I was there, the salesman had me try a 2x and I couldn't get it past my ears, so we ordered a 3x. Two days later he calls and says that a 3x didn't come in, but they had a 2x that I could try. Huh? lol. They lost my business. Actually, I couldn't wait so I ordered the 3x on-line from you know where.
