And yes, former Czechoslovakia is now split into Czech Republic and Slovakia (capital is Bratislava) I've not been to Prague, but I have been to Bratislava. The former USSR countries seem to love all things American.
Very cool pics. I hope to travel around Eastern Europe when I retire.

Me and my wife did an Eastern European tour in 2017. Prague was beautiful. Bratislava was very nice, too. We saw Bratislava from a mountaintop, what a view! I highly recommend touring Eastern Europe, it is well worth the money to visit the Old World. A surprisingly large amount of Europeans speak English, along with their native tongue, so it isn't too hard to find help with directions, order food, etc. So much beautiful architecture and history. Very different from the US. We have our own beauty here, of course. Mostly natural beauty, the "modern" cities we have here do nothing for me. The "ancient" cities and buildings in Europe beat our cities, hands down.
