With the bath you're going to take on a trade, you should just consider selling the 2000 and using some of that $ to do the upgrades you want to you 07. Just my .02

You might want to keep the wide glide and trade it in with your new 2008 road glide when the 2009 models come out Just thinkin ahead!

 

I'd love to if it was reasonable. I have $26,000 in my Ultra. They offered me $16,000 in trade. Add an additional $8,000 to buy an 08' means an $18,000 swing in about one year. I couldn't do it!

 

If you want to trade, go ahead. If you don't, fine. You can bet on one thing; any idea you mention on here will generate opinions all through the spectrum. Just do your own thing and don't worry about peer approval. There will always be someone around to try to make you look like an idiot, just for their own self-enhancement.

I made out real well,,, got rid of the clatter box 07, for a 08,,
and let me tell you,,,, I'm one happy camper,,,
I didnt loose any $,,, but as good as I feel about this bike compared to last years,,
It woulnt have bothered me to loose $150,000,000.99
