Win the battle, lose the war. I'm sure this will affect sales to traditional riders.

If it's dismissed, is it really a win? I feel the lawsuit was more about warranty than right to repair. These articles are so poorly written, I don't know why I bother reading them.

Funny as about 1 year ago HD lost the battle in court, and they had to send out new Onwers maunal pages to show the changes HD was force to make! So is this a new lawsuit or some old paperwork that the is being dug up just to start a new post?

This is why HD jumped in bed with the EPA. In the end HD and others will make sure you can replace a bolt of screw on your bike .car or tractor.
The scan a year or so back about HD being fined. Did not happen . HD never paid the 15 million it was all a set up.
HD changed nothing but wording.. And agreed to instruct dealers on how to talk around the issue better.
