Something I want to say
Been thinking about getting a long-distance touring bike lately and was seriously considering a GoldWing or maybe evena Vision. Was so pissed at my local H-D dealer that I swore I'd never get another bike from them.
Then it occurred to me that every time recently that life has punched me in the gut, my saving thought is my bike and the friends I've made on her. I almost think the Harley dealers are part of the experience... kinda like getting caught in an unexpected down pour. Not much fun, but something we all go through together. And something we can laugh about after we've dried off. I love my Harley. And I love the community that surrounds me on the road and in life in general.
Well life just took another shot at me. And as I sit here and wallow in self-pity,I feel compelled to say thank you to all the people in my life and on this forum that have picked me up when I got put down. Those who have ridden with me. Those who have traded in their leathers for camo and defended and protected me. And those who have wished me well.
My heartfelt thanks to you all.
God Bless.

I guess I don't get the bad dealer saga and the MoCo? If you have a problem with a certain dealer go buy your bike at another dealer.
I do not buy from the dealer closest to my home because their service department is ***'d. I travel an extra 20 miles to a dealer I like and who treats me right. I certainly am not going to buy another brand of motorcycle to put it to the bad dealer.

I bought from an iffy dealer but I will not the next time. There is always another dealer...
By the way you sound a bit shakey dude... what ever the latest blow is go find a person with a pulse and talk to them. This forum cannot replace a friend with a pulse..

It's a little odd, but when I get stressed, the best therapy is to just go ride. Something about the sound, wind and freedom washing everything away.
