I been riding for almost 30 years. back in those days, it was hard finding gas money. now with a good job, I guess I've grown into a RUB and proud of it.

 

And I don't even have a wife - you can call home and ask my garage.

 

Wow this thing is still going on?? I think the motorcycling community would be a lot better off if we would all quit worrying about who is a RUB, What is a RUB, and weather the guy down the road is a RUB, and just enjoy our motorcycles, after all there is no written law that we have to ride together, talk to each other, or even wave to each other..as for watches?? how the hell did that sneak into this thread?? I own about 6 watches right now, got two when I retired and 2 for years service as time went by at work..and two i bought, both Timex's..big deal..my last watch from the Co. is really nice, diamonds and gold, worth about a grand I guess, I neverwear it, just really looks out of place on my wrist..makes me feel like, well a phoney, I'm just not a flash, bling, looking guy..but the watch is nice..
