I love my bike and will not give it up. BUT! I want a chopper. I have my eye on an American Ironhorse. It is used with only 1,800 miles on it. It is beautiful. I don't need it (but it has never been about "need").

Please talk me out of a frivolous purchase that will get me in trouble with my wife. (Please don't list that as a reason since I am always in trouble with my wife and I can handle it!)

Denim, why would I want to talk you out of it. He!!, buy the thing. The worst thing that will happen is you will have made a mistake and you could always sell it. Besides you and Bill, or better yet Hilary, could ride together after dinner.!!!!!!!!

 

Do you need a piece of garage art, thats a pain in the *** to ride, and will need 10 times the maintanence of a harley????

ironhorse is the absolute worst of all the cookie cutter bikes....i have owned one..a man who works for me used to work there....one of my friends is a major shareholder in the company....to me when i rode it, the thing always pulled left...always had electrical probs....and didnt draw near the attention as my other custom chopper....which i also sold...you'll take a loss on it i promise...you wont be able to stay on it longer than 100 miles if that, but you'll push yourself and lie to yourself sayin its a nice ride, PLUS, youre wife will NEVER want to ride ....latest trend is hotrod baggers...have shooter do one for you...gaurantee you'll be happy with that.
