Do not listen to x2lee. I repeat: Do NOT listen to x2lee. A goldwing? You gotta be shittin' me. Buy the Iron Horse. You already said you want it. Get it. Life is too short to be overly careful about anything, especially purchases. However, be careful about buying a goldwing. Stick to 45* V-twins.

Don't buy the Iron Horse.
You could just put a chopper kit on your Harley and save the extra $25,000.
Orbuy another Harley, put the chopper kit on that, andhave two bikeswithmoney still left over.

it has been said already, but let me repeat,. it will sit in your garage. It will only be good as a barhopper so you can stand around looking at it and hope nobody will ask how many miles you have on it, (which they will) and you will spend another sizeable chunk o money keeping it running and buying anything and everthing to make it bearable to ride.

If its not a moneyproblem then Im missing the issue. It will need repairs, its expencive to mainatin but, will you have a good time when you do ride it? Other then affording the investment and upkeep what is the stall on the buy. Besides your wife will be happy you bought it, gives her a reason for buying a new livingroom set.(experiance talking) Enjoy the Ride. DSRTDOC

I purchased a 2007 AIH Bandera "Rally Series" this summer and have not had one single problem. It is a pro street version, 100 cubic inch, and plenty of power for me. The Baker 6 speed is smooth and I really like the right side drive along with it being asoft tail. There are 56 AIH bikes currently on e-Bay.

Don't do it. Do you really need some overpriced pimp mobile? Are you really THAT desparate for attention? Let's face it gang,choppers are all about screaming "LOOK AT ME!!" "PAY ATTENTION TO ME!!"
