Depends what you're paying.
Below is a link to a 2001 Ironhorse with 10k miles, buy it now for $14,000 (nice looking bike) - six years old and less than half price already. All my HD's are 10-15 years old and still worth 2/3 to 3/4 of what I paid, even with the downturn in prices. And I bought them in the heyday when $12k bikes were bring $18-20k at the dealership (mid 90's). But then I buy low mileage used bikes, to avoid the big out the door price drop.

buy a goldwing you will have twice the bike for half the money and you wont look like half the poser.

One of the local dealers sells IronHorse. The service dept ALWAYS has on in their bay for maintenance issues. They can get basic parts under warranty after a couple of weeks.
