I love my FXDR, it is the best-handling bike I have ever owned from Harley! The only problem I have had is after changing my pegs to mid mounts I have a useless rear brake! If anyone has a solution for this problem I would appreciate it!

If they put mids or even small floorboards, I would have bought this bike, they also should have bumped the CC up, my springer was hard enough to drag race with my feet forward. I ran against one FXDR, it was only slightly quicker and I was giving him 34cc advantage and 21 years newer then my ‘97

I agree, I bumped mine up to a 117 and now make 117hp with 137 torque. I take it to the strip every once in a while to see what she can do. Where she performs best is on the twisties here in Ohio, I surprise many a sport bike, LOL.

If it was all that great why did they discontinue it?

Poor sale as usual. Too strange and futuristic. Simply one ugly bike in my eyes.

Performance. Laughable.

HD executives over promised the performance and priced it high. An old Ducati Diavel and Yamaha Vmax will smoke it stock and you could buy both of them for the original MSRP of this.

Basically Harley promised and priced it as a Hellcat Dodge Charger and delivered the V-6 Charger.

I bet they are cheap now on the used market.

Sold mine for 16,500.00. a few mo. back. Paid 17500 new (+tax/title, no other fees) in Jan. of 2020
3 1/2 years, 15k mi. I thought it was a good move.
Caught in the rain many times and it looked like a rust belt vehicle.

Advertised on Tampa CL and FB.

Was going to replace with Rocket III GT (the color I wanted never came in)
'Like the new RG. Hate most older baggers as much as most hated the FXDR :-)

May pick up a BMW K1600B on Thurs. morning. Zero% for 48 mo. from BMW
