I have a rule that I use, and this applies to any business.
When I walk in to buy, if I am not greeted within a few minutes and asked if they can help me, I walk out and spend my money somewhere else.
Customer service is VERY important, and to me it is a sign of what their service and all aspects of that business will be like.
You want my business and money? Show me!

We took a liking to Decatur AL and if we decide to head south, that may be on the short list of places to move to. Opinons?

I agree, their prices are very high.
The BBQ place you ate at is call the new Greenbrier.
The original Greenbrier resturant is a couple of miles away from Rocket Harley. See map below.
Both are good, but I personally like the original better.
It has a little more Southern flavor if you ask me. It's certainly not a fancy place, but I think that's why I like it so much.
