I can buy Sportys all day long for sub $5k but those big twins on the list are typically in the $7k-$8k range around these parts.

 

Pre-covid prices? Anyway, on another side of the the pond you can multiply your Harley market prices by two.

 

I would agree. The 883s and the 750s and the smaller bikes - older and a few miles, maybe $5k or $6k depending on your location. Yeah the bigger bikes seem to bottom at 6, 7, 8 depending on the age and the mileage. Hard to get a bargain there. They are what they are.

The CVOs, Street & Road Glides, Road Kings, yeah be looking at 10-15 or more. Again depending on the miles.

When we started riding, my wife had to have a Harley, so we financed her beautiful Sportster. I sacrificed and picked up a cheap Honda Shadow. 10 years old at the time, but very low miles and perfect condition for half the price. We paid cash for that one. Then, I saw that damn Wide Glide and spoke to me. Kinda yelled actually. Been Harley ever since
