No matter what you ride or how it looks,there is always somebody with a mouth where their azz should be.Just learn to laugh at them.Or better yet just walk away while they are still talking.

I would have just pointed to a few spots,like on the tank,,
told him,, well "your wife loves it,in fact theres her azz imprint,and when she's bent over--point--- I get her screaming like a scalding banshee!!!!!

theres allways a55holes outthere, personaly i dont care if your rideing a old ratted out cb750 or something, as long as ya gotta a smile on your face when your rideing, thats all that counts!

As others have posted, as long as you are happy with it that is what matters. I think the "standard" looks sharp and I almost bought one not long ago.
I don't care what bike a guy is riding, I don't criticize or dog someones bike. You have no idea what their situation is and that might be the only bike they can afford or here is a shocker, that might be the bike they wanted.
