I have had 7 Heritage Softails since 1990. I've never had a flat in over 200k miles. I've ridden on at least 15 1500 mile trips. Thats said... The best riding one was my 2019. My favorite one to ride was my 2016, that bike seemed just right. My panty dropper was my custom 2005 Springer. All my kids are special.... lol... Ive had a bunch more...

The 2023 I recently looked at said Tubeless on the tire and it has only the wire wheels

That means that the tires are rated for tubeless use. I read everything on HD's website about the 2023 Heritage but I didn't see anything about running without innertubes. Maybe call a dealer if you're really curious.
