Speedo healers work. Sportbikers use them when they change their gearing. I don't know anyone with an HD who has one, though.

Kuryakin (sp?) makes one for Harleys for about $115 bucks.

I know my speedometer reads 62 when I'm going 60, at the midpoint wear on rear tire.
