Default J & P Cycles Customer SERVICE!

I don't know how much you all use J & P, but I may just be regular customer from now on.

I just got off the phone with a guy named Angelo at J & P Customer Service. I was trying to modify an order that I had previously placed about an hour earlier. Hoping it wasn't too late, I attempted to get them to add something but was told that it was already boxed up and waiting on the UPS dude.

Angelo asked me what the item was I wanted to add and then took my order, did NOT charge me handling, and only charged me HALF of the shipping that they normally would charge for the item I was ordering. Way above and beyond if you ask me.

I was very satisfied with the way I was treated and in the expeditious manner in which they processed my order(s).

They may not always be the cheapest, but they've got the stuff together.
No complaints here.

Had a great experience with them as well. Item lost during shipping, one of the 3 tires I ordered got separated, replacementwas overnighted, but took 2 days (I live in AK). and I still made the rally on time!

I was at Sturgis in 06, stopped in the J&P store to buy and try a seat pad for the piece of **** seat I had at that time. Keep in mind now this is sturgis and the store is PACKED, the sales people are very busy. I ask where the pads are, a guy walks me over, not just points, but walks me over. Then I see there are several sizes and he asks which one? I don't know whithout haveing my seat right in front of me. So, he goes with me, outside, way in the back of the lot where I parked, helps me with the right size, gets me back to the checkout, and I buy the pad. As bad luck would have it, I had to return it later that day, and the return was easy, no hassles. They get my vote.

I've always had good experiences with them myself, always get my orders in good time. I also say I've recently ordered some parts from Zanotti's and have been very impressed with them.

Your just lucky the guy was able to include the later part in with the rest. Most
times that stuff is on its way to your house already.

Every order I have placed with J&P has been sitting on my front porch
by the next day.
Had a bud ride his scoot to Anamosa for a new seat he wanted. The guy pulled
the seat, let him install it on the bike, try it out, then shipped his old seat
back home for him. Wish all businesses operated as efficiently.

Just ordered a set of saddlebags from them. They also have a technical service dept that will try to help you. I have a friend that is a drag specialities dealer and can git me some of the things cheaper.
But all in all Jpcyles is o.k.
If you place the order over the internet you can save the tax for out of state items . If you place the order over the phone they will charge you tax.

I have no complaints.....I would say the prices are reasonable compared to most other businesses. They have good customer service and their catalog has nearly everything in it.
