I Australia Sons and Daughters or Grandkids can wear the medals (on their right side) of their parents or grandparents on days such as ANZAC day and Rememberance Day.
Is this the case for those in the US on Memorial Day??

Yo bro I know what you mean......got out of the Army in '76 and it took me 6 months to learn to walk again instead of march

There are no rules! Wear what ever you wish on your vest! As long as you respect what it is there for! Being ex-Navy and Vietnam Vet, I am proud to have served and respect all those who have served or serving now. Wear it with pride!

.....I wear an 11th Armored Cav patch on my leather......have had many comment that I just look too young to have served in 'Nam.....have to explain that I served three years (of almost 10) doing border patrol with the unit in the late 80's.....

BTW, find a good way to keep them pins attached, nothing pisses me off more than losing some of those pins that cant be replaced. I searched hi and low to find a unit pin just to almost lose the thing while riding. If anyone has an idea other than soldering the backers on, let me know.

I wear Navy patches on my PGR vest, couple on my cobb vest cold war Navy, no Heroes here, but I am proud of my service time..wear MM insignia and E-5 pin on PGR vest..
At the I-80 Truck stop on I-80 and Walcott they have many, many patches and lots of pins from different branches, if anybody is interested, send me a picture of what you want, I'll go try to find it for you..I found my tin can patch there.
