I wonder if the shop "Morristown Cycle" is also for sale. I believe Morris Magneto is located in the same facility.
I live less than 10 minutes from there.

I put a Joe Hunt magneto on my bobber build a few years ago. Mainly just for the "cool factor", but I do like it. Mud hut simple and completely reliable. I keep thinking I should dig in and maybe give it a tune up, but why? It just works.

 

I just got a nice package of parts from those guys. I hope somebody buys it and keeps it going. Got to be enough aircraft magnetos out there to keep a shop like that as busy as they want to be.

 

Good news: Morris was bought by FNA Custom Cycles out of Florida.

 

Been running a Morris Mag on my shovel now for about 35 years. Just got some parts from Morris and tuned it up.

I hope someone keeps it going to the standard it has been at. Outstanding product.
