Just goes to show you the ineptitude of the people buying these things. There are way better electrics out there if you really wanted one.

I could see where they might be handy.
The latest trick in Chicago is these guys that ride scooters the wrong way down on-ramps into backed-up traffic on the expressway, and rob drivers. Then they weave back out and disappear down sidewalks and alleys, where a squad car can't follow.
Who knows what's waiting in those alleys though, so good luck with that.

in what way? The Livewire electric bicycles are quite good, and super competitive at their price point.

 

You need to get them to chase you through some higher altitudes and long distances...
