I hope I don't lose you as a reader over the fact that I am reporting the news on Billy. If you take some time to read what I have published, you will see that I am neither vilifying or glorifying him, just reporting the facts. My little rag is the only one that is really bringing the story about Billy as it happens. You don't see any coverage of this story in Easyriders do you? I'm actually proud that I'm the only one who has the ***** to bring the truth!

My personal opinion of what has and is transpiring is irrelevant to reporting the facts. I used to like Billy early on, but this past season of Biker Build Off made me think he was an arrogant punk. What I think of him personally is also not an issue when it comes to his DUI case. If indeed he did behave recklessly and cost someone his life (as all facts now indicate) then he should be dealt with swiftly and harshly. Anything short of a harsh sentence will make our streets less safe.

his "expert witness" hasn't viewed the results of his blood alcohol ? Sounds like a no brainer to me...seems like the defense lawyer will be facing an extremely uphill battle

 

Uphill? How about straight up a steep cliff? I think right now, he's in minimize mode. Too bad Gerry didn't have a chance to go into minimze mode before Billy hit him!
