Now next question is did the install your correct parts in the wrong bike. And will just swap out the used part to correct it?
Seems they may have found the problem when the went to put the 114 upgrade kit in the wrong bike. The slightly longer stroke did not work out.

Return to the bike to the orginal plan. Suggest to them that they give you a free ESP to restor your confidence in your bike... or replace it with a new one, the ESP is the easiest answer for them...

Wow, first time I have heard of this. Crazy!

Getting anything above simply making it right from any type of dealer like pulling hens teeth.

As mentioned I do not think there is any concern long term. Glad they identified the problem and are handling it.

Good luck and hope you really enjoy the new kit.

...and since the piston is going to down in the cylinder a 1/16 of an inch at TDC, the combustion chamber isn't going to have an adequate squish band, so not only is it going to be a dog, it's going to ping like crazy. Get the bike fixed right.
