RE: Sad day
Some things, I just can't imagine.....
Just got off the HOG an hour ago and rode the BMW all day yesterday. I expect to do that ALL winter.
Really, I do feel for you guys but there just isn't room down here for everyone, LOL!!

I rode mine to work today. It was 58 and now its 81! We're going to have some cool (upper 30's) weather later in the week, but that won't stop me from riding. Rain is probably the only thing that will stop me from riding this winter. I don't know how you guys up north do it...

RE: Sad day
Well....I'm here in Southern California so I have no reason to complain about the weather. However if it makes you feel any better, we have a much higher cost of living and a denser population than most places. Average median home prices for my area are 700k + We are taxed to death (state + federal). Higher fuel prices, higher food prices, etc, etc... So it only seems fitting that we get to ride year 'round. Know what I mean?

Don't give up yet. I lived in northern Illinois last winter and mother nature threw us a bone every once in awhile. That's why I never store my bike for the winter in case a nice one comes along.
