And some Fulmer AF5R Rangers in a flat black. Looked coolbut didnt look in the mirror either.. lol http://www.fulmerhelmets.com/Product/half.html

I have two Electra helmets on order with JCWhitney, but mine is backordered to late August, and my wife's in October. $56.95 ea, DOT approved 3/4 helmet with removable cheek cushions, accepts headsets, and is ventilated. Also has flip up/down face shield. I ordered two smoked shields for 20.95 each. They are already here. They look like pretty nice helmets, will have to wait and see.

HJC CL-33 ---> this is a great helmet that you can get for around $80-90. It's the same 3/4 (with integrated faceshield) that Harley sells for $150. I think if you're going to use a helmet, might as well get a face shield - it makes the ride much more comfortable on the highway and keeps your eyes from drying out. Good luck and as others have mentioned - try it on and make sure it fits and is comfy (or you won't wear it!).

I have the Skid Lid and it's one of the smallest D.O.T. helmets out there. It's around $40. It's comfortable, not too heavy and I don't look like a mushroom with it. ( Atleast that's what the wife tells me [sm=yikesomg.gif])

I tried on the Fulmer Hero and it's not a full 3/4. Wish I'd seen those sites before. I got cheated at a sports store. Found a good plain helmet with a long drop down shield. It does keep out the rain, but I don't know where I'll get a dark shield. It's a Fuel brand, Chinese, and $80. DOT so it says.
I've been looking for a Suomy and haven't found it.

Before you buy make sure that you check out Biker's Choice online catalog. The two brands that they carry that are great helmets for an inexpensive price are Cyber and KBC. Both of these are top quality helmets sold for a cheap price! KBC and HJC makes alot of the H.D. helmets, just look at the tags inside the helmet liners, and it will list the manufacturers name. Good luck on your choosing the one best suitable for you!
