Mine are named after songs:
The Electra Glide is "Betty" after the song, "Black Betty" and the Springer Classic is "Maggie Mae" after the Beatles' song on Let It Be.

We call ours Lucky. Was going thru western Texas when we got the low gas light. was still about 50 miles to nearest town. Set the cruise on 50 and hoped for the best. Took 5.1 gals when we got to a station.
