Due to US EPA regulation changes, an ingredient required to make the Dragonfly Green Pearl Mid-Coat can no longer be produced. This color can no longer be sourced beyond the remaining Touch-Up kits that are available from H-D dealers.

You have to investigate what they used for the base coat, (wild guess: gold?).
The third coat was a clear coat

I couldn't find anyone to paint it so I pulled it off. I will use it on the highway. Thanks.

Nope. Talked to the HD dealer hoping that they could send me to a paint shop to match the color, but the guy he sent me too said that he never had any luck with the CVO colors and he couldn't match it. I followed someone else's suggestion and pulled the fairing. It looks much better without it. The paint is original as far as I know. I bought the bike last summer.

Yes. Rookie mistake! LOL. It's worn off by now. You are funny. I did pull the fairing.

I found the PPG code but no one carries it. You might have to find a automotive paint company that will try to mix it or I like the idea of calling the custom paint shop HD uses.

Paint code from the V-twin forum.

Dragonfly green is ppg 909977 and it is a tricoat
That is what I tried to do. I will check with some folks at a bike show or swap meet to see if I can track someone down locally. I was disappointed when the local HD dealer couldn't help. I thought they would be money.

Devilgear said that it has a black base. He posted the picture of the guitar that he painted with the tri color.

I only had the front fender painted vivid black and pinstriping added.
