With a good 3/4 helmet you won't have that problem.

I use them. Makes a huge difference and will make your ride much more enjoyable, provided the plugs fit you correctly. Earplugs will also reduce your fatigue so you can ride longer. I just go to my local pharmacy and buy disposable ones (unually hearos). Enjoy.

Dale Earnhart was wearing a good 3/4 helmet.

(Sorry, I couldn't resist that)

I use them all the time. The wind pounding your ears is brutal. Of course, a good helmet solves that problem as well.

I prefer not to block my hearing while riding so I deal with the wind.

I like the "wax" kind. last forever....don't lose shape, and are allittle quiter (I think) than the foam ones....

Like 3power, they keep you"fresher, longer"

A lot of bros swear by this, wearing ear plugs, and there are some pretty spiffy ones to chose from but...
Like many of the other bros here I would rather hear everything.
Theory is...wearing quality hearing protection can also help you to fatigue less.
