Devil's Tower in Wyoming during Sturgis bike week.

 

No great scenery, and not a huge event like Sturgis, but I damn near dropped my bike when I saw this. $1 beer? Really?

 

Believe it or not, there's a place here in Florida where they sell beer for $1. Busch in the can, which is my favorite anyway. Don't ask me where, I'll never tell.

 

I know two places that have $1 beer, but only one or two days mid-week. Good find for sure!

Here are a few pics from a ride out to Nags Head / Kitty Hawk a few weeks ago.

 

It was 121 miles round trip. Home is Mi but I'm in AZ.

 

Envious of some of the beautiful weather in the pics. We get some good days here in CNY lately but far and few between. I rode to work yesterday 40 degrees in the morning on the way in and 60 and sprinkling on the way home. I know, I know, move to a warmer climate....it's now that we usually get plenty of perfect days here.
Not this year so far.

 

Picture a real nice day in your area and you have a general idea of how it was riding out here in the desert last night. The days are getting hot. I was in a t-shirt.
