I bought the Harbor Freight one this summer to change the front tire and do oil changes on my lowered FLHTK.
IMO as long as you'er not gonna be wrestling it or manhandling the bike while on the jack, that do for your purposes.
You can also buy a better quality used one too.
But in reality, I've never worried about "flat spots" nor have I had any in owning motorcycles since 1999.

If you only want to buy a jack; then IMO JS Jack is the only way to go but that’s going to run you $700+.
IMO- add $50 to your budget and go with the below setup:
