I bought a Stop n Go kit.
I have used the c02 cartridges and they worked for me.
It may take 2 to fill a bagger tire but they work well and replacements are cheap on Ebay.

I've only carried AND used the "Slime" 12v pump so I can't comment on CO2 cartridges. I don't have any kind of 12v "accessory plug" on my '85 FXRS so I cut that plug off the pump cord and put small alligator clips on it. I clip it directly to my battery. Over the years...I've needed it once and it was sufficient to get me home without any problem. Using it to fill a rear tire takes a little time but if you're flat...you ain't going anywhere anyhow...YOU GOT TIME.
Coupla times a year...when I'm going through my "carry gear"...I pull it out, hook it up and make sure it works.

I've only had two bikes with alloy rims and carried electric pumps on both of them.

On a trip and short of space? My logic was leave out something I want to take with me that think I need. In it's place, pack something I hope I don't need but will really wish I have should I get a leaking or flat tire.

With spokes, I don't carry anything because I'm too damn old and beat up be changing a tube on the side of the road.

Slime 12v pump and a bottle of Slime for tubes are what I carry on trips on my 2018 Heritage. Hope I never need them.

I've got a small 12v pump and a plug kit. The pump is small enough to sit flat on the bottom of my saddle bags. I keep the plug stuff in my saddle bag organizer.

Holy air pump Batman...you carry that thing on the bike ? I carry the hd branded one that plugs right into the battery tender lead. Used it once for myself on the side of the road and a bunch of times just to top off the tires. It's a little pricey compared to others but j had a 50 dollar gift certificate to burn so it was perfect.

The case stays at home. The pump and charger doesn't take much space. It's been a blessing on the road and it automatically shuts off at the desired psi.

Years ago, knocked an atv tire off the bead, 7 or 8 miles from the truck. 4 canisters of CO2 only got a partial reseat. It was pucker power for the next hour and half. I did make it out of the woods, however, I purchased a 12 volt compressor after that. My Limited has a plug kit and Slime air compressor. I have used it twice; once for me and once for a friend. I am not a fan of CO2. Too much work and they might not seat the bead.

I carry a Cycle Pump Expedition and EZ Gauge with me, which I have had since 2008, and have used many times over those years.

Cheers!
