Default 96 vs. 96B ?

with the counter-balancer on the "B", how much horsepower/torque is robbed vs the 96 ?

Don't know on the 96, but read quit a while backthat the 88b was around 7hp less than thenon-balanced.

RPM=HP, SINCE THE REV LIMITER IS SET LOWER ON THE"B: MOTOR = LESS HP. SPIN THEM BOTH @6200= SAME HP

Also noticed that the torque peak is different. The 07 96b is around 2700 and the 0796 is around 3300

Two simple rules:
If you plan on doing heavy mods for performance the "B" isn't for you.
If you don't plan on going for performance the "B" is for you.
