Default Help identifying seat.

Hello, I found this seat at a garage sale and was wondering if any of you kind folks could help me identify which bike this seat belongs to and whether it's a front or back seat. I appreciate it 😊

Default Seat

Stock front Harley seat, tab in front for securing. As fast as model goes, don't know. Possible Low Rider or Softail model.

I think you're right! Thanks so much. One more question, if the Harley logo is engraved on the bottom metal plate, does that mean it's not a generic branded seat?

Yes, that's a MoCo part, not aftermarket.

Yes it's Harley. Solo seat for Sportster, Bagger, Softail. You get the picture. If your ride has the solo screw it will fir or you can add a Rivit Nut for that position.

Could be a Sportster or Dyna seat. It doesn't appear have the hard curve to it like a Softail seat has. It's probably worth about $50-$75 if you're looking for a sale value.
