I won my court case against a Harley Davidson dealership after they scammed me out of warranty, due to a gag law i cant mention how much money i have won or who the dealership was but i can tell you they were in Dianella WA Australia.
They had to cover my court costs and lawyer fees as well as parts and installation costs, although the dealership that scammed me out of money went bankrupt because they have robbed too many customers, however their parent company is still operating so this should make the best revenge ever !
Although they claimed bankruptcy it didn't stop them from opening 2 more Harley dealerships under different names.
I left a really nasty review on their website and google hopefully their parent company will end how they deceive customers out of warranty.

First you say they scammed you out of warranty. Then you say they scammed you out of money. I don't know whether to disbelieve both, or all of those claims.
