Someone went crazy with the orange duck tape?

this is what i would paint my 2009 streetglide, the blackforest cvo color. the red hot sunglow that it came with is in need of a repaint and this might be the way i go love this color !

 

If I don't stay with Black on the Sportster, I was thinking going this color or something closer to University of Tennessee Orange.

 

slw210, love that color on the Nomad. You are in South Florida, isn't there an orange a little closer to home than UT colors? Maybe Gainesville?

I painted my fenders black but the tank was orange. Originally the bike was a burgandy color. I think the harley color was black cherry or something. It was a fun project.

 

U of Miami would be better, but too much of both of those around here. I am a Tennessee fan or used to be when following sports years ago, though both oranges are close. I would say Denver Bronco Orange and Oregon State Orange and Black would be good as well, but UofF is a little darker and Texas is more a Burnt Orange, but might look good, I have seen some Texas items near the Tennessee color.

Black fenders with maybe some matching orange pinstripes, undecided on black or orange side covers, though may go carbon fiber and leave unpainted. I need to decide soon, the tank is good, but the fenders and side panels are getting rough around the edges, literally.

Looks good, anything fancier than a single color and I'll have find a good painter, not sure I can pull off fancy paintwork like that. Looks fantastic though. Harley Candy Orange is actually appealing to me after doing some paint searches.
