More B.S. we don't need on our bikes, some riders may find that helpfull, and appreciate it. Personally I can't see any seasoned riders wanting this type of tech.

This is garbage. Semi tractors have all this crash mitigation bs and I can tell you from experience it's down right dangerous. Especially when it THINKS there's a reason to slam on the brakes unexpectedly and on slick roads besides.
Anyone that thinks this is a good idea that would benefit them and save lives should NOT be driving...anything.
This is insurance companies sticking their criminal faces where they have no business sticking it.
I would not buy a vehicle, any vehicle, with any of this bs. I don't even want to share the roads with those that do.
Wait til your brakes get slammed on when you least expect it for no reason.

Default Automatic Braking

ABS, yes.A bike that stops itself ? No thanks. Way too much reliance on computer intervention.. lf ,you need all the tech to bail you out of every situation you should not be riding in the first place.

That's going to get people killed, be times you want all the throttle you can get and the brake system won't agree with you. Harleys version of ABS is bad enough.

I remember the VW ads that said Drivers Wanted. Now they should have ads that say “Comatose drivers wanted”. My wife’s car has ACC, lane guidance, automatic braking. It works well on her Honda CRV.

It’s bad enough being distracted in a car, you have to be an idiot if you’re not looking where you are going on a bike. Although I admit to looking off to the side at times. One time I looked in a tavern parking lot to see if a buddy was there, I look back down the road and a big Doe is motionless right in the middle of my lane. The second it took me to scan the parking lot almost caused a collision.

Add that to the list of upgrades with your new Harley, disabling this feature which would probably just cause me to crash
