Default Model and Engine identification

Hi, my EVO engine number is DKM270949 with chassis number 69XLH13823, please can someone tell me what information may be gained from them?

The engine came from a 1991 FLTC Shrine Big Twin. (DK is the model, M (1991) the year).
The
69XLH13823 was probably on a title someone obtained, and they stamped that # on an available frame, assembled the parts, and called it a motorcycle...
Curious note; HD didn't start stamping both engines and frames until 1970 models. Prior to that, the VIN numbers were on engines.
