Can't ride mine to work( Contractor ) . But I still ride 4 or 5 times a week. About a thousand miles a month. When not riding I'm planning, or thinking about it .

Nearly every day, at least back n forth to work. The only time I dont drive to work, is when I am "on-call", and I have a take him car in the driveway. Would rather burn THEIR gas than mine.

I`m a failure analysis inspector.....I ride my bike for work 5 days a week.. About 250 miles a day. Iride Saturday or Sunday on the weekends...

Everyday to work, usually take the long way, try to get a 400 - 500 mile ride in on one weekend day, ride customer bikes all week long.
1990 Suburban w/6" lift, 35" tires: 9 MPG

Daily, excpet for the next few days. I either get in a morning ride or late night ride.

If I don't have to work I don't drive any of my 4 wheeled vehicles,kinda hard to carry a 20ft ladder on a Harley

as often as possible.
i work midnights so when i go out to the garage, if it's raining- drive the truck. dry- ride the bike. i live in northeastern kentucky so i can ride almost year round. started with an old 1980 honda cma 400 (honda-matic) that i found in pieces in a barn. put all the pieces together, little wrench turnin', a few parts off e-bay and i was off. all the money that i saved in gas went in the "bike fund". took a lot of crap at work over my little honda, but 4 out of 5 days a week it was the only bike where i work. most of the "bigharley men" wouldn't ride to work because: "it's too hot, too cold, looks like rain, it's snowing, might get stolen, i'm a big sissy.....
anyway, 3 years i saved enough to buy a used 2003 hd roadking (gunmetal blue). i still ride it to work almost every night. i get caught in the rain going home sometimes, and the snow, and the fog, but that's all part of it.
i also kept the honda, it's fully restored to it's beautiful self, (green/chrome). i take my kids for rides on it on sundays and plan on entering some shows with it this fall.
