That is pretty inconsiderate on her part, when I take kids for a ride, I like to presume they and there parents know the risks involved. I dont think a toddler would understand that concept. That being said, I only ride with members of my family.

You do have a point however the parents with their kid in a seat on the back of a bicycle are not typically in traffic and moving at 15+ mph.

its perfectly legal here in ga alady ive been on many charity rides with has her daughter in a car/bike seat and had state tropper make sure all was fastend correctly to the bike all was ok never told her she couldnt do it but im not saying i agree or disagree with it tho
